I’ve had foot problems for a very long time before I met Dr. Iannello. I must have consulted with seven different foot doctors and I just couldn’t make myself commit to having my bunion and hammertoe surgery. When I met Dr. Iannello, I knew he was my doctor. He took care of me. It only took me a couple of visits and I’ve scheduled my surgeries. Believe it or not, it was a pleasant experience. My feet look and feel so much better. I couldn’t ask for a more competent and amazing doctor – not to mention his fabulous and friendly staff. I trust him dearly. If I had to do this over, I’d do it with Dr. Iannello again in a heartbeat.

In August of 2008 I slipped and fell in front of my office building. At first I thought it was a sprain and a co-worker referred me to Dr. Iannello's office. All I can say is that the TLC that was given to me was beyond any expectation from any doctor's office. The assistants are always courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Foot Care of New York. Always respectful with the patients needs in mind at all times. I have never wanted to miss an appointment. The office accepts my insurance and, if there is a problem, the staff acts quickly to resolve it. All I can say is kudos to Dr. Iannello and to you, Erica, Maria, Shawny, Jennifer, Janet and Romona. It has always been fun and a pleasure to be here. I know someday my treatment will end, but if you don't mind, I'd like to stop by every now and then to say, "hi".

The services at FCNY is outstanding. Dr. Iannello is a very competent doctor and makes you feel comfortable and secure. I am feeling better but not 100% yet, but I am getting there with Dr. Iannello's guidance and help. I had a toe fungus and it seems to be much better each day that passes. I can't express enough on how Dr. Iannello's assistants are friendly, kind and willing to make your visit comfortable.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at FCNY since they have always treated me as if I were family; I feel very comfortable. They do make sure I feel better. I actually do! I want to add that even when I am late for an appointment with them, they do not turn me down and treat me with the same enthusiasm. When I first came to Foot Care of New York 7 months ago I could barely walk. I suffer from severe arthritis in both feet and gout. Prior to coming here the pain was unbearable. Especially with the gout attacks, I couldn't stand for the bed sheets to touch my feet. I would have to sleep with my feet literally hanging off the bed. Prior to my visits here, I was getting cortisone shots about every two weeks. On my first visit to Foot Care of New York, I was met with the most caring and concerned staff who really cares about the needs of the patients. My nickname for Dr. Iannello is The Foot Magician because that's what he is to me literally. The treatments I received are like magic. When I started coming here, the pain I felt on a scale of 1 to 10 was about a 15. Today it is about a one and sometimes 0. I would recommend to anyone who is really suffering come see Dr. Iannello, The Foot Magician, and begin to dance. The level of care and concern his staff show is nothing short of remarkable.

My ankle was so weak when I started coming to Dr. Iannello, I would attempt to run through an intersection and my ankle would give out. New York taxis don't exactly have sympathy for weak ankles. Since my therapies, my ankles never give out. Now I can keep up my New York pace and I don't have to worry about my ankles.

I would like to say that if I hadn't chosen FCNY, I would be the poster boy for the worst looking feet on the planet. Dr. Iannello and his team have done an excellent job removing bunions and corns on both feet. Through a health fair at work I had a chance to talk with the folks from FCNY about a long-term pain in one ankle that my regular physician had written off as something I was just going to have to live with. Dr. Iannello was able to diagnosis the problem as something treatable with physical therapy that would give damaged tendons a chance to heal. Improvement didn't come at once, but at some point, I became aware that I wasn't feeling the discomfort that had been with me for years. When I had to take part in an annual event with lots of walking, I was very happy to find I was pain-free at the end of the day. That was just amazing to think that I could be free from pain that I was "just going to have to live with for the rest of my life". I'm a big believer now in physical therapy. In addition to knowing his medical stuff, Dr. Iannello runs the happiest, most efficient medical office I've ever been in. I am pleased to share my satisfaction with anyone else needing foot care.

If you're searching for a competent, professional and sensitive podiatrist Dr. Iannello, Dr. Zwiebel and staff at FCNY is a one stop location for comprehensive treatment. I thought caring doctors were an abnormally. My faith has been restored. No long waits, just a friendly staff with a comforting manner are just as important as technical skills. In July, I cracked my ankle in two areas. Prior to coming to Dr. Iannello and Zwiebel, I went to another physician who simply took X-rays, put me in a cast. And I had to go else where for therapy. Now, immediately after receiving therapy in the office, Dr. Iannello and Zwiebel examined my foot after every session. I have complete confidence and I will be in tip top shape by the end of May... in time for summer.

The assistants are not only very efficient and caring but some of them are even bi-lingual - I was very impressed with ALL of them.
